Cartwright and Butler Christmas Pudding with Brandy and Cider

This is Cartwright and Butler's most traditional recipe, rich in fruit, nuts and spices and would make a stunning centrepiece on any Christmas table. Just about the only improvement you could make to it would be to top it with a sprig of holly.
