Delivery

Harvest and Green's local delivery within Edinburgh EH1 - EH22 is available seven days a week. If you wish to place an order for delivery for postcodes further away than EH22 please contact us directly on 0131 574 8347.

Deliveries placed before 11am will be delivered on the afternoon of the same day, unless a specific date is specified. Deliveries placed after 11am will be delivered the afternoon of next day  unless a specific date is specified.

The minimum order amount for delivery is £50.

To make sure the flowers are delivered safely, we suggest confirming that the recipient will be home on the chosen delivery day. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers in a secure location or with a neighbor. If neither option is possible, the flowers will be brought back to our shop for the recipient to pick up.

Please note that if you wish to reschedule delivery after a failed attempt, an additional charge will apply.

Returns

We trust you are pleased with your purchase. If you decide to return or exchange the item, you have 14 days from the date you receive it. The item must be in its original packaging, unused and with the receipt.

Please be aware that returns cannot be accepted for fresh flowers, plants, gift vouchers, or class reservations, as these are non-refundable.
