Brodies Ginger Delights

The ulimate chocolate for ginger lovers.  Crystallised ginger pieces and fine ground ginger are blended in a creamy white chocolate centre and covered in a rich dark Belgian chocolate, topped with a piece of crystallised ginger.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate (53% cocoa solids) [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanillin], white chocolate (23% milk solids)[sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanillin], crystallised ginger (6.9%), butter (milk) glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, ground ginger (0.9%), alcohol.
